Shipping Policy for KAFI Cosmetics

How does the delivery process work? Once your order is placed, our system will process it, and the products will undergo thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, the items are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners will then deliver the package to your provided address at the earliest possible time. If there are any issues with delivery, our team will contact you to resolve them.

International Shipping: For international clients, import duties levied by their government will not be paid to KAFI Cosmetics. Customers will be required to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

How are items packaged? We take pride in our packaging quality. Each product is carefully packaged in boxes covered with a protective plastic layer. Fragile items like bottles are securely wrapped with additional bubble wrap for added protection during transit.

What is the range of locations to which KAFI Cosmetics ships its products? KAFI Cosmetics ships throughout India. We are continuously working to expand our shipping locations to include more countries.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped? After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and details of the courier company handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We collaborate with trusted courier partners, including Aramex, DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Wow Express, Delhivery, and Tanvi Express.

What is the estimated delivery time? We aim to dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

During Mega Sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to high order volumes. However, we target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments? If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, don't worry – it's a normal occurrence. Different parts of your order may be shipped from different warehouse locations. You will only need to pay shipping charges for the first package you receive, if applicable.

International orders will usually be shipped as one complete shipment.

Are there any shipping charges for my order? For domestic orders in India, a flat Rs.70 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.499. Orders above Rs.499 are eligible for free shipping.

For international orders, a flat shipping rate of Rs.500 is applicable to orders below Rs.5000. Orders above Rs.5000 qualify for free shipping.

We currently do not accept orders below Rs.149.

Does KAFI Cosmetics ship outside India? At present, KAFI Cosmetics ships only within India and offers international shipping for B2B purposes. However, we are actively working on expanding our international delivery services to include more countries. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping!
